ELH’s ICT Peer Coaching Program is designed with sustained learning in mind, equipping you with the coaching skills you need to engage in deeper conversations about ICT.

Structured for 15-25 attendees, ICT Peer Coaching is the unique program that accredits participants as both a coach and a facilitator, delivering big returns on your investment time and time again as your school’s capacity for self-sustained learning multiplies with every teacher we coach.

Day 1
The Nuts and Bolts of Peer Coaching

Great coaches need expertise in coaching and pedagogy. During the first day of the course we explore the specific coaching skills, models and knowledge that allows us to be effective in your peer coaching role

Day 2
21st Century Lesson Design

What does innovative teaching look like in action? Using the 21st Century Learning Design (21CLD) framework, we will reflect on key pedagogical strategies for improving learning activities that support students to develop 21st Century capabilities. Using the coaching methodology through scaffolded activities and role-plays, you’ll be able to support others as they reflect on and re-design their curriculum to improve their classroom practice.

Day 3
Planning for Peer Coaching

Focusing on learning the skills and strategies you need to help you coach and support the integration of 21st Century learning opportunities into the classroom. This will focus on your role as a coach and how to put planning in place.

Online follow-up meeting - after courses
Reflection on peer coaching implementation

An online meeting to discuss, reflect and analyse the implementation of sustaining peer coaching, coaching road blocks and the coaching plan.
A great course to completely set you up to work with teachers in developing use of ICT in their teaching (and also 21st century learning!)
